Food was cold. Vegetables were not cooked. I told the manager about and she knew her streamer was not working right, but they are selling it?? Apologies were given but gave no compensation for anything. The place smelled inside so we went outside. I did the Korean meatballs.
Unfortunately we had to wait for food to be reheated because the chicken that we ordered with our meal was prepared last. We had 2 people ahead of us when we arrived. When we finally recieved our food it was still not right and the manager said " Thankyou for being patient". Wow. At least 10 other customers were serviced before us and had arrived after us. It would have been appropriate to offer a discount or credit. We very disappointed and this was our first time trying it. Hope they get it together. Potential is there. (30 mi use wait). -due to reheating our noodles they're dry????
