Noodle St. Eastvale

Staff were super friendly and attentive. They were happy to explain menu items we were unsure of. They even went out of their way to replace an item we didn’t like even though we expected to pay for the new order. The noodles were plentiful in the giant bowls. The broth was flavorful but I didn’t add additional chili oil cause it wasn’t quite hot enough for me. Sodas are served in cans and aren’t refillable. The pork buns are, in fact, juicy! Service was quick but we never felt rushed. Will definitely eat here again.

Very attentive service, sat instantly during lunch. Water glass was kept full my entire meal. The Korean beef was tender and the sauce was flavorful. The steamed shrimp dumplings were excellent as well as the sauce. Solid meal!

I don't know if the company changed their menu, but it seems different from the one at their Fullerton location. I remember having to choose the type of noodle, etc., but not at this location. The food was still good though. This location is much larger as well. Customer service was good. They were very attentive. I would have given a 5 star but the reason for my rating was that there were a lot of flies. I was told it was the area. ????‍♀️ Maybe add more of those bug lights in each wall. I recommend their steamed dumplings -- very delicious.
