An authentic northern Chinese noodle restaurant. Nothing more, nothing less. I love this place when I’m craving the foods I ate when I lived in northern China. The staff are really friendly and sweet, too. Good food and good service. If you know, you know. ????

I'm constantly on the hunt for good noodles and Noodle Deli has to be in my top 2 or 3. I feel like it's Chicagoland's best kept secret! The quality of the knife-cut noodles is amazing. They're the perfect thickness and width which mixes beautifully with the sauces. Some restaurants cut them too thick so you're tasting a little more noodle than is ideal. The beef noodle broth was wonderful - light and not oily. Everything we ordered had a great balance of flavors and was very, very high quality. Bonus comment: As I walked toward the restroom, a server was walking out of the kitchen and I managed to peek inside. It was absolutely pristine! Needless to say, I couldn't have had a better first impression. I'll be coming back regularly!
