Nino's Pizzeria & Catering

We ordered 2 pizzas and we waited 1 hour 30 minutes and pizza never came. I called to check because you know it’s a holiday weekend I get places are busy but they told me that it was delivered, kinda weird because my bell never rang and we still have no pizza. I called spoke with a manager and he said he’d have them remake my order and send it out and then proceeded to call me back and ask if I had a son because the delivery driver handed it to a kid ( my kids have been in our yard almost all day and they’re also waiting for the pizzas) I felt like it was super rude and I should of been refunded because I feel like they were making it seem like I was trying to get free food when I absolutely was not. 0/10 will never order from Ninos again which is a shame because we order from there often. So disappointed.

We've been ordering here for months now and I'm impressed. The pizza is consistently great and the service has been excellent! Our favorites include the standard pizza, fried chicken, mozzarella sticks, and their creamy italian dressing. We even catered our daughter's baptism here and had an amazing experience. Great work Nino's team!

This is definitely one of THE Best pizza places in Chicago! I have been coming here for over 20 years and even remember the old place they operated from before moving to this nice stand alone building. Pizza always has great amount of cheese, fresh ingredients and the crust is baked to perfection. This time we ordered pizzas for birthday party and thought we had ordered too much. Well, we’re not the only ones loving Nino’s and almost all pizzas were gone at the end. We now live much further away but we still return to the same place again and again. Highly recommend. You won’t be wronged
