Niko's Halo-Halo & Sari-Sari

This was as a part of lunch ordered at my work. The noodles was stinking of disgusting old oil, and the noodles had a strong taste to it ( some condiment) that probably requires acquired taste but I could not eat beyond two morsels. As you can see in the picture, it was mostly noodles and less protein or veggies..lunch was completely ruined for me today. I will not order from here again.

We order from Halo Halo a lot. I feel like I’ve tried most of their dishes. This time, we ordered deluxe pancit, chicken adobo, pork sisig and Shanghai lumpia. Their portions are big so we usually have leftovers for the second day. I can’t wait to go back for some halo halo.

My first time yesterday 8/27/22 lunch time,i ordered tapsilog but the rice i got was a plain rice and one order of karekare with rice,the karekare was soupy not thickened and the meat they used was a thin slices of beef (dry)just like the slices of tapa beef.Not coming back,wasted $37.00
