Night + Market

When it comes to Vegas food, everything is the best! You can almost pick a place at random and get a bang for your buck. This basically what happened here when we stopped at Night + Market. Although its pricey, you at least get your moneys worth! The food isn't too commercialized and the flavors of every dish was bold and savory! Us Asian people like salty and heavily seasoned food so don't expect anything light here. Expect to get full to soak up all the liquor. I'm not a big fan of hotel restaurants but this one definitely stands out and stands strong with flavor!

Came here on a slow Thursday night, food was good, service was meh. There was me and 2 large parties and the restaurant was very light on staff. There was a server, a hostess, and a bar tender. It took me a while to get the check. The prioritized the larger party. The oysters were average, the fish sauce mignonette and thai cocktail sauce are very tasty. I also had the thai beef jerky with a side of sticky rice. Beef jerky was very tasty with a sweet salty taste, I highly recommend it with a beer. I'll come back for the food, maybe service will be better.

Super clean, modern restaurant. Service was very good. I started with the steak satay and it was so delicious. Melt in your mouth tender and the accompanying cucumber salad was fantastic. The green curry with tiger prawns was amazing. The perfect amount of heat! So flavorful. I loved this place.
