One thing I have found as a northerner foodie traveling in southern Florida, do not discount a restaurant in a strip mall. If you are looking for fresh and authentic Italian food in the Miami Beach area look no further than NiDo. The egg noodles were divine and reminded me of my grandma's, almost as good . The burrata made me envious as I try and try but I can never get the right constancy and you can tell that this is made in the kitchen and is t rolling off of a truck. My only advice is plan to take half of your meal home so you can save room for dessert. I wish I would have stopped eating the warm bread so I could have had a slice of limoncello cake.

All I could say is WOW. Came for dinner with my boyfriend Simón for our anniversary. I expected a nice casual dinner, but this place exceeded my expectations. The service was fantastic and the ladies serving last night were extremely accommodating, quick and friendly. Ambiance felt like my visit to Italy a few years ago! AMAZING food, I didn't even want to touch the plate it was so pretty! & then I didn't want to swallow the pasta because the flavor was so delicious! ????This is our new place to go. Great job guys!!. So refreshing to find somewhere that does it right!! If you are thinking about visiting NiDo, JUST DO IT!!!!!! ????
