OH MY WORD, WHERE HAS THIS PLACE BEEN ALL MY LIFE? i just had the best split pea soup. The chicken rice soup equally as stellar. It's very clean. Staff/owners friendly and accommodating. They were "kind" and let me try things without making me feel bad. I learned they make their own sauces too. I can't wait to get a gyros there and so much more. Really great place. This is no ordinary "hot dog" joint. This is TRUE BLUE Greek food from scratch. I go there weekly now!!!! LOVE.
Excellent food. Good value. Employees are happy and work quickly and correctly. I've never had a mistake with my many complex orders. Large selection of American and Greek take-out or dine-in foods. Gyros are great.
Every once and awhile I need an authentic Greek salad. When I don’t feel like driving to Greek Island in Lombard, the first place that comes to mind is Nicky’s. And yes, they have typical fast foods(which never disappoint) but the have many Greek favorites spanakopita, souvlaki,Greek-styled chicken with potatoes andor rice.and the Greek salad with a perfectly seasoned Greek vinigarett, real feta and unpitted fresh kalamata olives. I’ve been coming here for years and they are always packed
