I ordered a Salad and wings from Nick's and it turned into the worse customer service interaction I've ever had. Here's how it went. Before I made my order via Uber Eats I called Nick's to verify that I could in fact order hotwings fried without flour due to my gluten intolerance. They confirmed that I could order fourless wings, so I placed the order via Uber eats with the specifications in the notes. When I recieved my order the salad was fine, But the wings were breaded. No biggie right? I'm sure the restaurant will accommodate me...WRONG. I called them back and whoever I spoke to told me the manager wasn't in but would be back in 5mins. I called back and was told that the manager was now there, but they couldn't find them.... Eventually the employee on the phone told me to just come up there...so I did... once there, I was met by a middle aged woman with rotting bottom teeth and a singular tooth at the top that she strategically covered with her top lip due to an obvious insecur
