Nguyen Pho & Grill

Stopped in around noon on Saturday after the farmers market. The place is nice and clean, and has plenty of seating. I'm a huge fan of pho, and love trying new places. This place did not disappoint! They don't have the biggest selection of pho, but both dishes we ordered were delicious. We got the beef round and meatball, and the seafood bowls. The broths were rich with flavor, and had plenty of meat. They also provide the typical plate of a veggies, which were crisp and fresh. Service was great, and they checked on our table many times. Would definitely recommend this place.

Fried quail was perfect with the sauce. The Beef Pho was very savory. The Bahn mi was fat. And the Vermicelli was amazing.

I ordered: Bún Riêu and Bò Kho personally I liked the Bò Kho- it paired well with rice after I took it home as leftovers- I would come again for this particular dish. As for the Bún Riêu, it didn't really meet my expectations on taste, I'm still figuring out what it was missing. Some disappointing notes is how dry the meat ball mush was and the noodles itself kept crumbling as I picked it up with chopsticks. I had to resort to using the soup spoon instead. The given veggies as condiments were not very appetizing to look at. This was more like a 7/10
