Newk's Eatery

For the most part, the staff here are kind and the food is alright, but if there is ever an issue or you need anything fixed, don't expect anything to be done about it. My order was prepared and delivered incorrectly three times even after multiple conversations with the restaurant. The "manager," Jackson, is the least capable person out there. Manager or not. It's clear he has no customer service training or experience with the absolute lack of respect he has for the customers or at least the lack of ability he has to hide his true feelings when speaking to a customer. He didn't even know Newk's had a loyalty program or that there was a delivery fee when you get food delivered. Needless to say, I won't be going back to this location.

On Monday I called to see if I could place a large order for about 45 people and Blanca and her staff quickly got me in contact with Dean in catering. Dean was extremely helpful and organzied which makes our travel process so much easier. We are a college soccer program and travel often and I cannot boast enough about this location for how easy they made this process. Dean was so patient even when we had to change our order a handful of times and completely took care of us. When we arrived today to pick up our order Blanca and her team had everything organized and ready to go. The staff at the register were so friendly and welcoming as well. I cannot thank Dean, Blanca, and her staff enough for going above and beyond for us today. We will absolutely be back in the future!

A young lady named Brianna was our cashier at this Newks location. She was incredibly rude, for starters we were ordering and she aggressively took my card out of my hand to the point where the card fell on the counter. Then after paying she told us rudely that inside seating wasn’t available so we had to have the food togo, which should’ve been told to us PRIOR to paying. We got our food and realized it was the wrong bag and order so we went back inside to give it back and she met me at the door & snatched the bag out of my hand. Every other time i’ve been to this Newks location the service and employees have super nice, but this was so uncalled for.
