New Super Pho

New Super Pho has been one of my favorite restaurants to eat out at night. It is a plus that this restaurant opens until 2 AM. The restaurant inside is spacious and filled with plentiful seating, but sometimes it’s packed because they stay late. They have various options, from essential appetizers to specialty dishes such as sizzling steak, also known as Bo Ne. I am not a big fan of a bowl of pho here, but I love their hu tieu and com, especially the C1. Com Dac Biet. Overall, I am definitely a regular here since the food is consistent and the service here is good too. The only downside is that it tends to get loud when the restaurant is packed, but I don’t mind at all, so it all works for me!

The food is authentic, flavorful and they have a lot of food option for everyone. The servers are also really nice and friendly. Their popular one are Bò né, which was what I ordered and I love it!

What is there to say? This place is super consistent. They get to you quick whether dining in or taking food out. Then, once you order, they bring out the food quick and it's cooked well and the presentation of the food is always on point. Nothing fancy per say, but it just looks nice, which, with the quick turn around, it always seems impressive. I've been numerous time and whether it's the pho or the rice plates the food is good and even the drinks are nice too. Overall, excellent choice. Even if it's a bit late at night or you just wanna grab a quick bite, this is the place to go for your Viet fix
