Revamped retro diner with great food and great staff to provide you with a well cooked meal. They are very efficient and provide quick service as well. You cannot go wrong eating here! Kid-friendliness: Friendly staff, make you feel welcome
Our server was nice, and and the overall experience was pretty much as expected. The food was more expensive than expected. I live in Brooklyn and I'm used to the price of diner food, but this still surprised me. That may be on me though. The reason I'm writing this review is because we were charged $3 for sharing food. We ordered $25 worth of food and drink between the two of us and were planning to share all of the food. The server was kind and up front about the pointless arbitrary rule, but it still didn't make any sense. The $3 charge is really whatever, but the ethos behind the charge as a paying customer bothers me. So if you like enjoying your meals with others and occasionally splitting some entrees, this is a hard pass.
The food was good, place is clean management seems to be on top of everybody for the most part. Only issue Would be that as I'm halfway through my food my check was given to me which made me feel a little bit rushed. The prices are decent.
