This place has been epic for decades. I was once in a situation where my wife would severely limit my visits to Hobart. So there was a 20 year stretch where I was not able to go. After 20 years, I finally make it back in there, and Pete goes "Hi Mike, do you want the Singapore Rice Noodle." Little did he know that in that 20 year period, I literally took several trips to Singapore, never to have as good of noodles as those served at New Hong Kong. Excellent portions, good food, great attitude.

Amazing food very authentic. Dined in to eat and this is my new go to Chinese restaurant. I promise you won’t be disappointed. The owner working the counter is the nicest man in the world.
