New Garden Chinese Restaurant

I love Chinese food and honestly, have not had it in a while because my BF likes food from another local restaurant which I think is awful and pass on. So today I treated myself here to a pint of shrimp lo mein, hot and sour soup and fried dumplings. Dumplings were kind of half steamed and half fried but definitely tasted good and quite large (you get 6 dumplings). Lo Mein was perfect; not drowned out in soy sauce and fresh with bok choy, etc. Hot and Sour soup good; could be a bit more spicy but I can correct that at home with my own hot sauce and counter act with rice wine vinegar in my pantry. And a family member was tipped of by Health Bureau a few years ago: if you are going to get Chinese, cleanest establishment.

The rice was horrible the ribs tips boneless Was dry chewy Their food is not what it used to be sad to say I'll stick with fried chicken wings that's it

This is my go to Quicky Chinese Spot in Allentown pa. Since Covid they pushed the few tables n chairs aside so it's more of a window grab place now????. They're quick w/orders food is great and they are very friendly n accommodating. Closed on Mondays tho.
