In terrible need of new management. I typically go to the Littleton location with no fail but this was the closest location at the time. I ordered online and came to pick up when it was due to be ready. They advise system error and couldn't find my order. Employee was trying to call management but getting no answer. I had a meeting at a certain time and could not wait for them to actually make it. Hopefully the charge doesn't go through from my bank.

Edit -- I have been here a few times now and I definitely would recommend their BOWLS & juices over their smoothies. Their Orange Cruch & Banana Berry Blast are my 2 favorite go-to juices! I got their PB Mocha last time and I couldn't even drink it. It was just too chalky tasting and not super flavorful.

I get the impression that the owner and management don’t adequately support the staff and daily operations here. Constantly out of fruit (for over a week) with no support from the owner for expediting deliveries. Online ordering is always turned off and in person orders take at least 15 mins, even when the place is empty. I don’t fault the employees for the negative experiences I’ve had. I think this is an upper management issue which is unfortunate because I really enjoy their smoothies.
