This is one of my favorite places to go to for lunch uptown. Although I’ve been many times, the Lemon Pepper Chicken is what brings me in. It’s so good. I always place my togo order upstairs at the window. It’s quick and painless. There is a bar to sit at while you wait. If you go during normal lunch hours, expect there to be a lunch rush and the order could take a little longer, but it never takes a long time. I’m normally in and out within 15 minutes. I normally get the same sides when I go too. I order the roasted potatoes and the fried okra. With the lemon pepper chicken, I always get the sauce on the side and use it more as a dip. I find that the sauce can be a little over powering if it’s poured onto the chicken. This way I can flavor it as needed. They have specials Monday - Friday, so there is always something on special to try out. Monday is Lemon Pepper Chicken day :) I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try out a new place uptown without breaking the bank to do

Amazing food! Very fun and quaint location. Reasonable prices and friendly service. Definitely will eat here again!

Came here after being out late for pictures and was met with kind service and a decent gyro. Usually late night bar food is garbage but here I ate the whole thing. The late night ambience is always entertaining with drunk people. The interior has no decor. It is a dive which is why everyone was sitting outside. Local parking is limited so i suggest getting an Uber.
