Communication to customers is lacking seriously. Last week we put in an order on their website and they ended up being closed. Google said they were open and their website let us put the order through and even told us our order was ready for pick up. Got there and they’re closed. Luckily someone was there and we were able to let them know about their hours online and they changed it and we got a refund. Now today I try to order lunch and they’re again closing early with no update to hours on website or online. I understand staffing is bad everywhere and places can’t handle full hours but a little communication to customers is all I ask.
The food a Neato is good you get to make your own burritos with different flavored flower tortillas and other ingredients . It quiet not fancy . I would have given them 5 5tars except now they only take debit and ???? credit cards .
I have had many burritos and mixed Mexican/American food and this is without a doubt the worst. The food was bland and near inedible. However, the only shining part was the customer service which was fantastic even though the food was horrid. The rice was over cooked, the chicken was bland, the guacamole was brown, and the salsa had zero flavor.
