Nawabi Hyderabad House - Biryani Place

I could leave a negative 5-star review I would. I should have trusted a 2.5-star review, but I decided to give them a chance. We stopped by for late lunch right before 3 pm and it took a long time for the server to come by and take our order. After placing a simple order of 2 curry dishes and naan, we waited for 40 minutes until I asked them where is our food. They said that they are sorry, they are busy with carry-out orders… but 2 more minutes and your food will be out. Two minutes go by after she checked with the kitchen and still no food, at this point, we were there for an hour without any food. We got up and walked out telling them we are done waiting. As we were leaving through the door, they said the food is coming… but this was not acceptable and we were in no mood to sit there and eat. Terrible service, would not recommend to anyone.

We visited this place and we ordered 2 dish One was biryani and another one was kothu Paratha. We liked the kothu Paratha but biryani was just ok.

Not good for catering order. I ordered Kofta, Paneer and gajar halwa that too just Half half tray order . Paneer curry was ok . Gajar halwa was below below avg and too much sweet. Worst was malai kofta with no gravy and only kofta balls with too sweet taste. I mentioned number of times before ordering that i need gravy in both curries and it was literally very very dry and at last i had to trash the food which i never do. It's not like i ordered something i never tasted. They give nice curries when order 1 plate as i am regular customer for take out. But worst food for half tray party order and it made us feel embarrassed in front of guests.
