If you are in the area this place is amazing. We saw the place and wanted to try the Navajo Taco but they were closed. On our way home we stopped and had the most amazing fry bread tacos and the most amazing man who owns this place. Don't miss out on this place. Not only is food excellent but the love the owner has for his community is a heart warming experience.
Absolutely LOVED the mutton stew! It was the prefect fix for my homesickness. I enjoyed that upon arrival I felt comfortable and welcomed by fellow Navajos. My nervousness of trying traditional food in the city diminished completely when I smelled the food from outside. When we arrived there was 2 people working so it was slow but was worth the wait! Depending on the food some items are served faster. Will definitely be back.
First time having Navajo Tacos and it was a great experience. Great food and atmosphere. Even nicer people!
