Ok. Breakfast served all day. Win! Steak and Eggs burrito? Another win! Clean shop, great food and quick service. Definitely worth going.
Man, I've had this place on my list for quite some time and finally had a chance to come in. I grew up eating at Naugles in Pasadena and was really looking forward to a nice blast of nostalgia. Unfortunately I was super let down. Taco: filling was great but the shell tasted bland. Burrito: beans tasted like they were just boiled in water then mashed, no evidence of seasoning whatsoever (no salt or onion). Fries: fairly crispy outside but way undercooked inside. I have a feeling if I ever go back it will be for a meat burrito and well-done fries. Sad....
If you’re a San Diego resident you need to try Naugales! Delicious fresh salsa and exceptional breakfast burritos. Super friendly staff. From what I learned this place is a staple one of a kind community business. Affordable.
