Our family has been going to Nation's for years. We have bought hamburgers, pies, and other things from there. Recently, it has become more problematic. My Mom's birthday was recent and my Dad bought her a pie from Nation's (that she really wanted). The pie was not secured well in the to-go box or container it was placed in. It ended up spilling on the floor. The management refused a complimentary pie because it happened outside the store. It would have made a big, positive difference if we could have gotten another one at a discounted (or complimentary) price.
Nations is a special place for me. When I was a kid in the early 80's, Mom would take me there as a treat. I remember how big those burgers were.
