Fried chicken were kinda tooo "crispy" I think they left it in the deep fryer for too long

Update 9-10-2022. This place is no longer what it used to be. Quality of food has gone down hill and the quantity served in now only a fraction of what it used to be. The cleanliness here has diminished. Place feels disgusting. The workers look unkempt and their uniforms are dirty. It is disgusting to watch them handle your food. The schnitzel is tasteless, no seasoning at all. The rice is dry and hard. The chicken is gooey and gross. My experience here was fair and the food was pretty good but the staff here needs improvement. Including the manager. While my family and I were eating we could here and see the manager arguing with a female customer. It appears that this particular customer requested sauce " on the side" and the manager wanted her to pay extra for it. The customer informed the manager that her take out order was enough for 5 people and that the one little 3 ounce cup of sauce would not be enough for 5 people.
