My taste of India 2

Heads up when ordering take out, the dishes do not come with rice or bread so don't forget to order does separately! This was a group order of about $150 or more so was suprised to get the soups???? with no RICE. Called the resturant and the guy explained so the group knows to order rice next time. Did not get the Mango yogurt i ordered but this was refunded. Everyone in the group said they enjoyed thier meal except the need to go borrow rice... I on the other hand would say.... Gave a 4 ???? because group enjoyed it. Hopefully they can add to their menu to remind customers to buy ???? separately.

I didn’t get to try the Naan (I honestly didn’t know it was a separate order my fault ) but i can tell you that I have no doubt it’s perfect based on the food I enjoyed here today! I ordered the shrimp curry mild - if you don’t eat allot of spicy food but you like spice it’s perfect, the shrimp were cooked well and the taste was authentic and full bodied. The rice was so good cooked perfectly as well. The Lassie was on the thick side (a slightly wider straw would have fixed this) and personally I’m not into SWEET things but I wouldn’t have minded it a little sweeter but it was very good I would get everything again . Friendly people inside and overall great experience my mouth is watering writing this I’ll be back soon - great price for great, authentic cooking

The customer service is lovely. The gentleman at the counter( wish I'd gotten his name) was so patient with our many questions about substitutions and changing things. We ordered Butter Shrimp and a mango curry with fish! And like 4 orders of the garlic naan. LET ME TELL YOU. When I say both of these dishes were perfectly flavored and balanced.....*chef's kiss*. Each dish has its own distinct beautiful layered taste. I don't know how many times I've been to Indian spots and the curries taste the same. This place has set the bar so high....I MIGHT just have to come hang out with truckers so I can eat here more frequently. Lots of vegetarian options, pescatarian options, mmm mmm mmm! Please come check this spot out! I'm going again ASAP.
