Why a $5 delivery fee that doesn't go to the driver? This should be explained on the awful online ordering system. Does any of it go to the driver. Ours said no. The poor delivery guy is probably getting short- changed many times because the customer thinks the fee should cover their tip. He then has to awkwardly explain to the customer that he doesn't get this money and he has no idea where the money goes. If it is for insurance, then the owner must be paying $50000 per year for insurance. I read about this online. I see that it is a recent fad for pizza restaurants to pad their own income while hoodwinking their customers into seeing lower menu prices and adding the hidden fee. I will boycott until this fee is removed so I could tip the driver directly.
