Came for Sunday brunch. First know that they have a DJ spinning on weekends. Next, make a reservation if you can. It will help with seating. We started with drinks: Icey 2.0 for the wife. Rum punch for me. Both excellent. Next, we did appetizers: the strip club wings & skillet cornbread. I dont eat cornbread like that anymore, but I'll eat theirs all day, any day. That blueberry jam and brown sugar butter takes it to another level! And the wings are really good too, even with the yogurt drizzle on them. For entrees, I had the fish & grits, and my wife had the chicken & waffles. My fish & grits portion could've been bigger, but it was seasoned to perfection. And I tried my wife's chicken & waffles, and that plantain waffle is amazing. The fried chicken was well seasoned also. We also added sides of plantain & festival. Everything was great. Service was great, just ask for Rameses! One of my favorite restaurants in ATL period.
A southern Jamaican/Caribbean blend of food. The service and drinks were good. If you visit do yourself a favor and get the wings and the Mac and cheese as appetizers.I had the jerk chicken as well with cabbage. The food was very flavorful and the drinks hit the spot I enjoyed the NYC drink. Parking: Beware parking is limited at this location so do yourself a favor and get their at a decent time to get you a spot.
So, I was in town for my birthday and my sister found this spot on tik tok. From the time we walked in, it was a VIBE! The staff, food, drink, and atmosphere were all EXCELLENT! It was 3 people in my party, we all ordered something different and it was all amazing. Those wings....I need it to be at least 10 of em! ????. That cornbread......those mimosas.........GREAT! I really can't wait to come back! Our waitress Ebony was great! Mike, one of the managers, he was great! There was another handsome man that was a waiter to a few tables near that also chipped in when needed. ????. They recognized me and others for our birthday and we felt like family! The staff works together greatly to ensure everything is ran smoothly and that made this place even more special. The bartender was a vibe too and we only encountered him for 2 minutes! DJ was on point! We went on Sunday for brunch! I am eager to see this place grow! I'm from SC and will definitely be returning with more people! 10 out of 1
