Flavor is an understatement. The amount of love and joy in making this dish was beyond perfected. The right amount of spice, Flavor, ingredients. If a skillet was perfection , then this dish should be served on a golden platter. This is a sleeping hole in the wall. Chorizo skillet. Mr. Zorbas a great restaurant. Even with a staff shortage They are doing great and everything they can to take care of their customers. Thank you for you service.
We went to Mr. Zorba's as first time guests based off the reviews and we were NOT disappointed!! The place was very clean. The server was a total pleasure! And the food was amazing!! I'll be going back next week for some more of that gravy! I could eat that stuff with just a spoon!!!
The only problem is zorba's doesn't make enough biscuits and gravy we've been there twice and they've been out of it and we got the last of it today! He needs to know to make more biscuits and gravy!
