Mr. V's Bar and Grill

Great food but for the high prices should be stellar and it's not quite there imo. The drinks are overpriced as well. I like the atmosphere and the service.

Genuinely surprised in every good way possible! On a last min whim to go out for dinner, Husband and I made our way to Mr. V's. First timers. There's complimentary valet parking with a super sweet gentleman ready to park your car. We walked in to live music to the left and got seated (right away) to the right of the restaurant. Ambiance is that of a steak house. Dim, romantic lighting, to get you into the mood for the deliciousness you're about to enjoy. We ordered coconut shrimp and 1/2 an order of oysters. For entrées I ordered the steak and lobster (I forgot, there's a specific way Mr. V's calls it) with grilled asparagus and garlic mash. Hubby got the jambalaya on rice. A-MA-ZING!!! From start to finish! I mean them oysters were so fresh and flavorful, the coconut shrimped paired so perfectly with their signature tart sauce (which has pineapple!). Tamera was an amazing server and we had the best night at Mr Vs. She gave us top notch service and the food was delicious ! I was so impressed how she handled so many customers at once so gracefully. Can’t wait to come back!
