So first off the food at Mr. Sub is fine. I have no quarrels with their sandwiches. I do take umbrage with the store personnel. They have the personality of a wet napkin. I always thought the people behind the counter was to make the visit pleasurable and not feel like you are disturbing their conversations. That has to be one of the rudest things you can experience. I'll still grab a sandwich from time to time but only when Mc Donald's drive thru lanes are to busy.
I just came from there. I have to say, food is great. Those cheese sticks are amazing ???? the cute cashier is very nice and respectful. I will definitely come back again.
Trust me you didn't deserve that star they charge you for a toothpick if you I ask for two sport peppers to go with my $35 order and they charge me $1.50 for a cup I couldn't even eat one day were a hard as a rock and every time I order a sandwich, when I say heated, it's usually frozen inside urge me and I asked for a cup of water to go at my expensive order and they charge me $0.50 enough side you think. P.s I won't be returning
