Mr Gyros Greek Food & Pastries

I used to frequent this place a lot. The food wasn't the greatest, but I liked the lunch special with a salad. Pretty good and fresh, consistent, and healthy. Getting it to go was usually very quick as well which is important for me during my lunch break. But after several months of not visiting I finally went back, and how things have changed. The restaurant is still clean, but for whatever reason the food quality went downhill and the customer service experience did as well. The order took around 15-20 minutes to prepare, my chicken pita was not warm at all and the meat was very dry. I wouldn't have mentioned anything about the staff but it even took a few minutes for the cashier to even notice I was at the counter, while she was talking to her co-worker before I ordered my food. She then wasn't very friendly, like I was ruining her day. To top it off they had a sign posted right where you order which I found quite odd, with a long winded note telling customers to respec

The chicken pita is on point! I was full without feeling heavy. The chicken was tender and juicy!! Should have taken one to go for later. The staff was friendly and had some great food recommendations as well as good suggestions for places to see while in town.

Special shout out to Debby and Madison for always taking the time to greet us (my coworker and I eat here everyday) by name with a smile on their faces. They have our food order memorized and have it ordered before we can even blink our eyes. Thank you for having such fun people at the counter to make our daily dining experience superb! *Still waiting on a punch card for the amount of money that we spend here! Produce this for us and we will be over the moon:)
