I am torn. I love the food but the customer service needs an course on how to handle problems. I ordered off of chownow on their website. I ordered 2 chicken parm. With a salad meatball and meatsauce. The listing came up as subs but i figured with the extras they would realize it was a meal not a sub. When picking up they stated the price was correct since they changed the prices but not all websites we were charged for clearly what was not what we ordered and they offered to make the platter but would be 25 minutes. Of course not willing to wait as we had other food that would be cold we said no but when i saw the discrepancy of price called and ask for a refund. She said she couldn't do it. The lady who stated there are no managers said she couldn't give me a refund. I in disbelief at how the customers are treated. Always someone else's fault and they aren't willing to do anything about it.
