The Worst chicken I've had all year, service was nice but the chicken was so dry ,old and over cooked or too long in holding box. I genuinely had a great experience my previous time before this one when getting food from here. My recommendation to Mr. Chicken is to eliminate the chicken back pieces, KFC did years ago and now like Popeye's only serve big chicken breasts. The chicken backs have a tendency to be dry and you don't get a lot of meat on them! The other day I stopped at Mr. Chicken and received about 3 chicken backs in a 8 piece order and was missing the little piece of white chicken , Mr. Chicken usually puts in the order. Ditch the chicken backs and start serving the big chicken breast pieces they do at other places. I like the taste of Mr. Chicken and the people are nice, so that's my two cents worth.
Wow, just wow. Ordered through DoorDash. The dasher got there and they gave the order to someone else. DoorDash called them to reorder and they said no. Very very poorly run. They should be checking to make sure that someone is from DoorDash vs letting anyone say they are. So disgusted with them right now. Update 8/3 Do not believe their management either. I was told that they would contact me to make this right. 11 days later and not one peep from them. Obviously management does not care. AVOID this location at all costs. Worth the drive east for the same food, which is excellent. I used to stop here at least 1x a week for lunch. No more. I will go east when I want their food. Such a shame that they have gone this far down in the past couple years.
