Poor service. Why allow order of a timed pick-up if you can’t meet it? We ordered 90min before planned pickup and still had to wait over 20min in the restaurant at the take out counter to get our food. Do not recommend for speed.

3.Edit: Tried to come by one more time to see if maybe that one day had been different. Unfortunately, beside not being greeted, a person that came after me was able to place an order before me( while I was still not greeted). I didn’t feel like wasting another second, I walked out. It’s a shame. The restaurant has great food, pretty horrible service. 2.Edit: Food was delicious. The only suggestion I can make, since I also work in a service industry, is; Always have someone in the staff acknowledge anyone new that walks in the door, just a “hello and welcome” can change things around. Be transparent about the situation if it is taking a while and communicate constantly, just letting someone know that they are working in your meal every few minutes may reset the clock for them and it shows understanding. Have dined in and gotten take out several times. The food is pretty good but the service is consistently awful. I tipped 20% on a take out order and didn't even get a thank you or a goodbye. When dining in the service was very slow and we had to ask for the bill several times. Good manners and proper hospitality etiquette are truly lacking at this establishment.
