IWaited over 30mins for a caldo de res to go. Caldo didn’t have elote or squash. Came with 2 carrots and a potato. No manager on duty and Carla was rude and unapologetic. Tried to keep my change claiming they didn’t have coins. They also charged me a surcharge for using a “credit card” but I paid cash. So I’ll be going back later to today to speak to someone in charge.
This place is absolutely terrible!!! they take so long to bring the food and the horchata tasted gross. i waited here for an hour and for what??? Whatever you do, don't come here. Save your money it ain't worth it
Oh boy... The prices have gone up (new prices taped over old prices on my "wet" menu), and the food quality has gone down. I've eaten here before in a rush, and must have only had an appetizer or something for me not to have remembered. The guacamole tasted like it had more jalapeños and onions than it had avocados. Not just some, but alot; throw that on a huge bed of lettuce. It should have truly been called a Jalapeño and Avacodo salad. ($7.95) The queso was good, but the portion small for the price. ($6.95/cup) Then the meal: I ordered the Pachuga Rellena - The chicken was tough and not at all juicy, the ham was cubed from cheap lunch meat, and the bacon over cooked. The jalapeños in this dish were wet and soggy and had a bad [almost rancid] taste to them. ($18.95) Then the drink; now, this is my oversight. We always forget to look at the prices of drinks. The first two cups of Dr. Pepper were served to me, but the third a Dr. Pepper can. Oops. Did I miss the no free refills signag
