1st experience the dressing was great, jerk wings were fire and Mac and Cheese was straight too. I do not like the corn bread. 2nd experience on a Thursday they did not have dressing (I wanted to see if it was consistent) no biggie. But the chicken tasted terrible. It was fried in old grease and I was annoyed. The peach cobbler is a no for me as well.
Wasn't impressed i went on the recommendation of another reviewer. The Young lady at the counter said grandma wasn't on that day and it showed in the food. i shared with a buddy who usually we never have the same option of tastes but he agreed. I'd like to go again
Amazing food and amazing customer service, they make you feel at home while enjoying a delicious meal in downtown Detroit!!! Definitely a soul spot to try!!! We will be back!
