Love this place. It's been a hole in the wall type of restaurant probably longer than I've been alive and the food is always amazing. They close early but are open early. Definitely recommend.
This place is so outdated and unsanitary. I have never seen so many workers that was allowed to sit around and do nothing, they where making cocktails on the low and giving free food to their friends. The staff is made up of street/Hood/Hustle people. The cornbeef sandwich is no longer the same, it has small amount of meat and not fresh - definitely not worth $12. The meatloaf dinner was awful, the meat was frozen and heated in slices with bland box mash potatoes and unflavored can corn. Shame on the Owner for selling awful food to the community, Do not waste your money and go across the street to get fresh food from Pete's Hot Bar
