Monterrey Mexican Restaurant

The food is amazing! No complaint there, however; the service I have received the last 2 times I have dined at this particular location has been terrible!!! Ordered sodas to drink and we finished them before the food came out and never recieved a refill or even asked for one. When our waitress delivered our food she dashed off so quickly without looking or allowing us to even ask for a refill. We had to eat our food with no drink. We paid 1.99 each for our drink, that we didn't even have with our meal. The music was too loud as if we were in a club and not a family restaurant. It lacked for an authentic Mexican vibe as they played american rap songs among other songs but mostly rap, with a few Spanish songs which were more pleasant. We weren't given an option to order cheese dip which we usually splurge to get. No napkins given except the one thin one you get wrapped around your silverware. Spend your money elsewhere if you want quality customer service and your money's worth for what

This is the first time I went to Monterrey, the place is very nice, so many cool arts and pictures and designs. The atmosphere was calm and the music was not loud. The costume service was great. Chrystal was amazing. She took note of my Islamic diet and gave me suggestions for next time when I go there. I had the dinner special, which was mixed fajitas with soft drink. Delicious indeed, must go again for other dishes.
