I had the chicken with yams and mac. Good portions for the price. I would recommend and I’d go back. Nothing better then a family business.
This new spot is a hidden gem. The food is seasoned well and just plain good. I've had the fish, shrimp, chicken, greens, potato salad, Mac and Cheese so far and was impressed. Even if you have to wait. bit
The fish was fresh and delicious, the greens were great as well, the only reason for this rating is because they forgot to give me my yams BUT when I called to tell them they were very apologetic and told me to come and get them. Just getting home from work I was not close enough to drive back and after tasting my daughter’s I decided they weren’t worth going back for. Not saying that their not good, they were just not to MY liking. A little too Heavy on the cinnamon and nutmeg. We all are individuals and have different taste buds. I would definitely go back.
