Our family LOVES Greek food. The culture and people are welcoming and Generous. I was hoping the experience would be a positive one. But unfortunately that was not my experience. I got the sense that the customer was an inconvenience, Not the most welcoming environment. Food was mediocre and portions very small.( for the price) Our meals were so heavily salted that the true Greek flavor was lost. First and definitely last visit.
What a great meal… Octopus was perfect and tender, pork souvlaki, an Yiayia Makaroni were very good, some might feel additional salt was needed… I’d rather add it myself. Overall a great experience!!
We had heard great things about this restaurant and we love Greek food. We've been to many amazing spots in the city and suburbs with our family. The setting at Molos is pretty and felt very much like a Greek Taverna. Everyone there seemed to be enjoying it. We didn't love that we sat 3 feet away from a pile of everyone else's dirty dishes as they cleared tables and placed them into these basins on the cart. It's pretty off putting. My husband asked him if he'd mind moving it but he didn't speak English and didn't understand so we let it be. We ordered the Horiataki salad, family size, and it was substantially smaller than other Greek spots we'd been to. The kitchen person dropped it off and we had to wait several minutes for plates and silverware. We also had to ask for bread as we never received it and others were getting it right when they sat down. The glass of Greek red wine we ordered was $10 and the pour was very small. We ordered two meals for our kids. Chicken tender
