Moe's Southwest Grill

Customer service? Lol the workers here have no idea what that means. Everybody has a attitude and stank face. You want some meat? Ok, you will be given 1 fun sized portion. You want double meat? Cool, you get another baby sized portion of meat. I went on a Monday to get the Moe's Monday discount and the lady at the register made me pay full price. I asked why is there no Moe's Monday discount and she said I should've told her before she started the transaction and she can't go back..... love this spot!!

Upon entering the Moe’s, it was dead empty. Didn’t think much of it and then once I started ordering, I started to see that it was my worst Moe’s experience ever, I really mean it. The portions were Nothing that they should be. I’m not exaggerating, I got 4 or 5 pieces of the protein, barely anything else on there and then they asked if I even wanted chips… it always comes with chips, why would I not want them. I attached the photo of the side portion they gave me. Place didn’t seem the most up kept. Do Not Come here. I rarely make reviews, really but this was so terrible. This is not to Moe’s standard

Go on the weekends. The men staffing the place on the weekend are what saves this place from 2 stars. They're friendly, fast, give good portions and remember you if you come in now and then. If you go on a weekday be prepared for a hit or miss experience. Everything may go fine or you may be unlucky enough to be served by one of the surliest women I ever met. Prepare to repeat your order multiple times as she cannot remember between scoops, but won't start scooping until you say at least 3 things. Skimpiest portions in the world. If you ask for any extra toppings you can be sure she won't just say "that's extra" but instead lecture you on what you should have ordered instead that may include that extra topping even if it's not what you want. If you decide you want to change something she acts so defensive as if you are accusing her of forgetting something. The other women are okay, but still give very light portions and make it seem like they want to charge you for chips. I'd probably
