Quick to order and prepare food. Great serving portions. Associates were all friendly and helpful. Food was great and clean restaurant
I placed an order online for delivery on Friday 11/4. It was beef nachos and an order of chips with a bowl of queso. When my order was delivered, the chips and queso were missing. I have reached out in 3 different ways to resolve this issue with no response. I'm very disappointed. I have given them plenty of time to review my complaints. No one has reached out to me. All I want is a refund (I would have even accepted a credit) for my missing item. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. You've lost a customer.
The service was good and fast but this location is understaffed. The salsa bar was sloppy and nearly empty. The chicken that I ordered was so salty that it was actually inedible. The line was missing many items that were not getting cooked since they were getting close to leaving. Moes as a whole from snellville to Covington have been very dirty lately and i wouldn't recommend.
