By far the worst Moe's ever! Me and my coworker just drove 8 hours to get here and we ordered door dash about 25 minutes out. Once we got to our rooms and got the food it was someone else's order. It had my receipt on the bag with a total different order inside. I'm guessing that communication and teamwork isn't taught at this location. We couldn't get our orders corrected because they closed. This is what happens when you have employees that are in a hurry to go home and don't care about the customer. To make it even worse, the receipt for this order was in the bag also but it was also wrong!!
Seems to always be very busy. Kind of crowded. Years later I'm visiting the area again. I travel a lot and have been to many different Moe's locations. They all seemed to have gone down hill. Food not fresh, always out of items, employees not friendly,etc. But this Moe's seems to have survived. My food was fresh and the staff friendly. The salsa bar was stocked and the drink machines weren't out of flavors. I will definitely return.
Ordered 2 quesadillas: one adult, one child. Was rung up for the price of two adults. The guy didn't ring up my queso, so had to swipe again. Left the store and only had one child quesadilla. And it was COLD. (How when I just got it???) went BACK to the store and was offered no apology. Terrible, unfriendly service today. Have never had this issue there but will not be going back.
