Nicole the manager is very rude right off the bat. Terrible customer service and very hostile for no reason. You can tell she doesn’t enjoy her job and makes it known to the customers. Working in sales this is sad because I do love moes but this specific location makes me not want to order. And that is what I did, time to hit up chipotle.
Had one of the best experiences at this Moe’s location because the person who helped us was so genuine, friendly and personable! Thank you!
customer service sucks, has no ice in ice machine and the soda machine dispenses the drinks not cold. wait time is insanely long
