Moe's Southwest Grill

Cashier gave my food to someone else who ordered tapingo even though I was right there next in line. They need a better service for tapingo items to be clearly labeled as such. The habit of not putting items in bags is what caused it. Yes should try to eliminate plastic waste but in this case the restaurant wasted my time especially since I ordered a quesadilla and that takes a while to toast up compared to a bowl or burrito that don't get put on the grill. All I was offered was free soda or water. Good service would had given me employee discount but all I got was "sorry no discount". What a joke

I walked in with a friend they treated him like a king and didn’t charge him extra for chicken. The same lady took my order and was a complete a** hole. They charged me $2 for chipotle sauce. I sat down to eat any the food was salty salty and the “chipotle sauce” tasted and smelled like ranch. I had two bites and threw it all out. First and last time ever eating there.

Standard fast casual Mexican like food focusing on fancy names for basic fairs. Always crowded, and the food is watery. Salsa bar and great queso make this place better than it actually is.
