The food was okay, but despite having at least 5 staff members, the line moved so slow even though it was not very crowded. They were out of many items or I got the bottom of the container which all looked a little nasty. The staff member checking us out did not know how to use coupons and was ready to charge us full price until I, the customer, suggested she try something. Would not return.
We had a great service experience here, the people here were friendly and chipper and in a good mood. The food was well done and the ingredients to my burrito bowls were excellent. The service was good and fast and I enjoyed very much my meal later would recommend
I don't like the atmosphere, the workers, and the ingredients / flavor, but I absolutely hate getting a burrito at this restaurant because all of Moe's burritos Fall apart on your plate before or after the sixth bite. Might as well get a bowl in a tortilla or 2. Also the salsa bar is confusing and the Coke machine may be on the fritz. But the customer service and people that work there are wonderful and the restaurant is always clean.
