Moe's Southwest Grill

Just went into the moes in town center after being berated by the staff last time and had my order taken by Kiara (idk if that’s exactly how you spell it but kiara was her name). It was the best dining experience I’ve had at any place in this area. Though i didn’t sit down to eat she made me want to come back. I was skeptical after the treatment I got last time but was glad I did end up going while she was on the clock. She is hands down a top worker and deserves to be shown credit when it’s due. Made it such a friendly and nice environment to be in where last time I felt I was in the wrong just being in the store.

The employee was friendly but I do miss the enthusiasm of “Welcome to Moes!” She was quick and efficient as well. The queso here is the bomb.

Horrible experience. Arrived Saturday lunch time with my kids, thought the place wasn't opened because the door was locked but I guess they had only remembered to unlock one of them. There's no high chairs at all at the establishment so not sure how this is supposed to be a family friendly restaurant. It took 20mins just to get one quesadilla and one kids taco put together and rang up, mind you we were the only ones there so not like there was a line, everyone was just moving so slow and could barely speak English so didn't get half the things I wanted because I was tired of repeating myself. There was only two salsas available on their salsa bar. They also were out of regular size drink cups so I ended up getting a water cup because I wasn't going to pay extra for a large just because they were out of stock. Brought my quesadilla to the table and it was only cut in half but I was over dealing with everyone behind the counter. Just an overall terrible experience and will not return.
