Moe's Southwest Grill

My friend and I walked in to the restaurant and there young adults ahead of us that must have know the workers. We were waited on as a non important guess. Compared to the young adults We had asked for cheese dip prior to paying and was told 5$ after we have paid for our bill. R Jay was very helpful and said you know what you can have it for all the issues while standing here in line. I may try this location again because of R Jay Service is as important at customer service

The worst service of the 4 Moe's I've been to the black lady that doesn't greet is rude as she can be she had a white guy before me and she was so nice to him you would of thought slavery was going on then when she got to me she barely spoke and acted as if she couldn't hear .the person with me was two people behind me and said she could hear ne clearly . I won't be returning to this location to be met with rude behaviors by my own race of people

All of the pans of food in front looked crusty around the edges,, kinda like burnt to the side of container. My food looked crusty. And tasted crusty too. Apparently staff didn't show up so the manager and the prep guy were making food. They were doing the best they could. I will not be eating here again for a while.
