Moe's Southwest Grill

I don't go to Moe's very often, but I always remember how the staff always yells "welcome to Moe's" when you come in. It's a little bit quirky but it is kind of cool. I mean I've come to expect to hear it and I think it sets the stage for fun. My experience here was just fine and the food was fine. I wouldn't say that I love Moe's, but I like it and would certainly recommend it.

Terrible experience. NEVER GO HERE! The workers are very rude and unhelpful. We have never been, and will never go again! The cashier was horrible. She acted we knew what the different sizes for salsa were when we have never gone to this establishment. Then the queso was was extremely watery, and flavorless. The salsa was worse than Tostitos salsa. The chips were stale. The burrito was worse than Taco Bell, I would’ve rather had a Chalupa Supreme with a side of Cheesy Gordita Crunch. The cheese was very cold, the rice tasted like microwaveable rice, and the meat didn’t taste fresh at all. The drinks were the best part, thanks Coca Cola for making the experience a little better.

To go food was excellent...no one said Welcome to Moes...barely eye contact from employees...lacks customer service...cr card point if service was not working...waited 15 mins for them to call the cr card machine company...when NO ONE CARRIES cash anymore...need a back up plan when the card machine was inoperable...it was ridiculous to wait that long...ppl left they had to go back to work with NO FOOD
