Moe's Original BBQ - Metairie

Here again today. WOW again! My pulled pork sandwich didn't make it to picture time. But the smoked brisket sandwich did. Fast courteous service. Great food. Convenient parking.

The barbecue ribs were very tender and good tasting. The barbecue sauce was very good, so were the bbq beans. The cold slaw was very different, no mayo, had a vinegar / sweet taste, not my type of recipe. The service time was poor, the kitchen staff did not get the order from the register, we waited approximately 20 minutes for our food, only after going to inquire about it, we were served within 5 minutes.

Our company recently worked with Moe’s to provide BBQ to a group of over 30 people for an end-of-summer lunch. Of course, their BBQ and sides were delicious. However, what stuck out the most was their customer service. Josh Alston was polite, professional, responsive and very easy to work with. The food was neatly packaged for transport and was hot and ready exactly when Josh said it would be. Pricing was also very fair and allowed us to have a variety of meats and sides to satisfy everyone’s wants. We would not hesitate to use Moe’s again in the future. Our conference room still smells like delicious BBQ two days later! Thanks to Josh and the whole team at Moe’s!
