Modern Market Eatery

We dined in today and were disappointed. We got fountain drinks but they failed to tell us their soda dispenser was broken and therefore we had limited drinks. There was no sign on it nor did they tell us at the counter when we ordered. Many of the surfaces around the restaurant were dirty and the table markers were disgusting, covered in stains and sticky. The portion sizes are inconsistent and the dessert we ordered was stale.

Over priced with poor service. Way better off going just down the street to Urban Egg. The attached photo was $30 before tip. I left hungry, my version of eating healthy isn’t necessarily eating small portions. Was good a year ago, but gone way down hill.

First time in for lunch on a Tuesday with my daughter. The employees were very kind and the fountain drink selection was unique and delicious. The food was meh. Nothing to write home about. My salad looked absolutely nothing like the picture… for example, my hard boiled egg was whole- not sliced like the picture or description. It was kind of funny. The meat in both my salad (tuna) and my daughters sandwich (steak) seemed grade d meat… it was just a bit off. The salad portion was generous, though, it was made with zero finesse (the butt of the head of romaine as well as soggy/bad lettuce was included). The place was quite busy though. So, to each their own!
